Our Story
Aaron Peterson launched his training and coaching business in 2010 to share his passion for helping others find solutions to common problems. As an international trainer and coach, he recognized the imbalanced focus on leadership training and development, resulting in an ineffective trickle-down approach to development that hasn’t worked.
In response, Aaron developed a unique approach to individual and team growth through his Followership Method to change the focus from the heroic leader to the entire organization.

Aaron is an internationally recognized trainer and speaker specializing in the development and application of Followership, how to build teams and organizations by focusing on the work and contributions from all levels, not just the formal leaders.
With over 36 years experience in both private and public sector roles, Mr. Peterson developed his Followership tools and concepts to help organizations identify, plan and execute their goals and objectives, while balancing the critical role that each unique culture and communication play in their success. In other words, how Followership drives all successful endeavors! Mr. Peterson serves as adjunct faculty at Arizona State University in both the Certified Public Manager program and the Mandela Washington Fellowship.
